LED Christmas Lights

For the coming Christmas, I want to give my friends something special and cool. DIY USB LED Christmas lights tree is a good idea, by that time I will learn simple circuit theory and some other things for my lights.
I ordered the LEDs two weeks ago online, it was the proper time for shipping and a good time to buy LEDs (There are many discounted LEDs online now.) I spent $20 on 200 LEDs at chineselight.com. It took about 3 weeks to ship from mainland China. Fortunately, it was not late and they were nice little presents for Christmas. Making DIY USB LED Christmas tree light you need:
1.Thick Copper Wire
19 LEDs (you can use multiple colors, I used purple, blue, red, and white)
Red: 2.7 v @ 13mA ; purple: 3.2 v @ 10 mA ; Blue: 3.2 v @ 10 mA ; White: 3.2v @ 10 mA
2.Resistors:
390 ohm X 4 ;330 ohm X 2
3.Aluminum sheet
4.Solder
5. Green wire
6. USB cable
7. Wood (preferably circular, 1 inch diameter)
8. Two peanut butter jar caps
9. Cotton balls (optional)
10. Shiny cloth (preferable)
11. Hot glue
In the meantime, you need the following tools
1. Soldering Iron
2. Tin Snips
3. Clamp
4. Propane Torch
5. Pliers
6. Diagonal cutters
7. Wire stripper (if you want, I use teeth)
8. dremel tool
9. Chop saw
10.  Drill
11. Drill bits
Using tools  and materials mentioned above, you can make a USB LED Christmas tree.
