Find a Brighter Idea for Bulbs-LED Light Bulb

They seemed like a bright idea when Edison invented them, but it's a good time to think about replacing the incandescent bulbs in your home. What's the problem with incandescent? They're not very efficient; they use up a lot of electricity and burn out pretty quickly, which means they end up in landfills.

CFL (compact fluorescent light) bulbs use only about a quarter of energy of incandescent bulbs, but they last ten to fifteen times longer and will save your parents sixty-seven dollars in energy costs over the lifetime of the bulb!

There's another up-and-coming option worth looking into: LED (light-emitting diode) bulbs. Right now they're playing new starring roles in traffic lights, hiking helmets, and bicycle lights-even on the Christmas tree in New York City's Rockefeller Center. LED Bulbs last up to one hundred times longer than incandescent, and unlike CFLs they contain no mercury. However, they're still expensive, but they're not as bright as incandescent, and researchers are in the midst of figuring out ways to make the light ways to make the light they cast as appealing as incandescent light.

LED Bulbs are divided into High power LED and small power SMD LED. The lights made by high power LED chips are of high brightness, and look more beautiful. LED Lighting produced by small power SMD LED lights, because it needs many pieces of pester, and it looks not so beautiful.
