joint venture,invested by Henan Ancai Group Co.,Ltd and German High-Lux
Company. The phase I project has invested 30 million dollars,imported
lots of advanced technology and equipments from German High-Lux
Company so that it could manufacture 15 million pcs high quality
compact energy saving lamps per year. The product has passed CCEE,CE,EMC,ETL
and FCC Approval Standards and its features have reached the international
leading level. The product with 8-tube is holding an exclusive position
in the overseas and domestic market.The phase Ⅱ project will be
oriented towards various and systematic products with a view to
the green-illuminating production base and the 50 million pcs annual
